Job Description

  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Prepare comprehensive Technical Specification Documentation & Functional Specification Documentation
  • Translating business and technical requirements in the form of Diagrams
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and UI designers, etc to learn about specific products or processes


  • Excellent analytical skills to understand product requirements
  • Having a good attention to details and able to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for customers
  • Exceptional writing skills to describe business process and technical details in a concise yet easily understandable wordings
  • Masters in utilizing the appropriate pictures / diagrams / charts to describe complex processes in a simplified manner.
  • Have knowledge and experience in UML (Flow chart, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, ERD etc.).
  • Understand about Query database SQL & API Documentation
  • Experienced in using documentation tools like Notion,, Whimsical etc.
  • Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
