Job Description
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Prepare comprehensive Technical Specification Documentation & Functional Specification Documentation
- Translating business and technical requirements in the form of Diagrams
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and UI designers, etc to learn about specific products or processes
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills to understand product requirements
- Having a good attention to details and able to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for customers
- Exceptional writing skills to describe business process and technical details in a concise yet easily understandable wordings
- Masters in utilizing the appropriate pictures / diagrams / charts to describe complex processes in a simplified manner.
- Have knowledge and experience in UML (Flow chart, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, ERD etc.).
- Understand about Query database SQL & API Documentation
- Experienced in using documentation tools like Notion, Draw.io, Whimsical etc.
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
